Accept Your Offer & Complete Enrolment
Being admitted is not the final step. You must formally accept your seat within the official deadline and complete university enrolment procedures.
After Admission Results Are Published
- Regional platforms publish allocation lists.
- You may receive a seat in one of your ranked options.
- You will be given a strict deadline to respond.
Deadlines are often short (sometimes only a few days).
What You Must Do
1. Accept the Seat
Log into the regional platform and confirm acceptance before the deadline expires.
2. Follow University Enrolment Instructions
After accepting, the university will provide instructions for official enrolment (matrícula).
3. Submit Additional Documents (If Required)
Some universities require original documents or in-person verification.
4. Pay Initial Fees
Enrolment usually requires payment of tuition or administrative fees.
If You Miss the Deadline
Your seat is automatically cancelled. It is offered to another student.
In most cases, you cannot recover it.
Waitlists & Later Rounds
If you are not admitted in the first round, additional allocation rounds may occur.
- Monitor the platform regularly.
- Respond immediately if offered a seat.
- Deadlines remain strict in every round.

Admission does not secure your place. Only formal acceptance and enrolment do. Monitor your email and platform daily during allocation periods.
